    Nick Horne

    Group Chief Executive

    Paul is an experienced Executive Director with a strong record of leading, inspiring, and motivating teams to deliver quality services to tenants and communities. He is passionate about providing excellent services and ensuring tenants' voices influence decisions. He also works to build and maintain partnerships with third-sector organisations and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

    Paul leads the strategic and operational delivery of Housing, Customer Experience, Living Well, and Community Development services. His responsibilities cover Extra Care, sheltered and supported housing, community safety, safeguarding, neighbourhood engagement, customer hub services, resident involvement, and community development.

    He has extensive strategic and operational expertise across multiple areas and a proven record of delivering business transformation, change management, continuous improvement, and managing complex portfolios. He is an active member of the Manchester Housing Providers Partnership (MHPP), where he chairs working groups, and he contributes to Greater Manchester Housing Providers (GMHP), focusing on homelessness prevention through partnerships.
