His responsibilities cover Extra Care, sheltered and supported housing, community safety, safeguarding, neighbourhood engagement, customer hub services, resident involvement, and community development.

    He has extensive strategic and operational expertise across multiple areas and a proven record of delivering business transformation, change management, continuous improvement, and managing complex portfolios. He is an active member of the Manchester Housing Providers Partnership (MHPP), where he chairs working groups, and he contributes to Greater Manchester Housing Providers (GMHP), focusing on homelessness prevention through partnerships.
